- Step 2: Pay stamp duty through e-stamping at authorised banks or through the online portal. E-stamping is widely accepted across the state.
- Step 3: Book an appointment at the Sub-Registrar office with jurisdiction over the property location. The online portal provides appointment scheduling.
- Step 4: Both parties appear before the Sub-Registrar with original documents and two witnesses. Biometric verification is conducted.
- Step 5: The Sub-Registrar verifies the deed and supporting documents. After approval, the deed is registered and the registered copy is provided.
